Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP select “the best search engine” they have ever seen!

Copitrak are pleased to welcome yet another firm to their rapidly growing list of customers. The latest addition being Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP. RPC cited several reasons for implementing Copitrak’s leading edge cost recovery / management solution - the Firm were keen to streamline use of their multi-functional devices (MFD). They wished to provide a proximity card single login solution to access all available functionality as well as ‘follow me’ printing, ie the ability to collect printing from any MFD in the building. The system had to be capable of providing easy recall of client matter information and, according to IT Compliance Manager, Catriona Robertson, the Copitrak search engine is “the best search engine I have ever seen on a cost recovery system”!
Reynolds Porter Chamberlain will implement the Copitrak eClipse solution to sit on the front end of their eCopy ScanStations and will be tracking printing via Copitrak’s LaserTrak product – as far as print is concerned, an important aspect for the Firm is a system that will integrate seamlessly with their DM5 document management system and keep user interruption to a minimum. Copitrak’s LaserTrak product is able to deliver sophisticated integration tools and ensures users do not even have to select a client or matter number, provided a document is pre-profiled with the relevant information, which is then automatically read as printing is triggered. As Copitrak would say, it’s “simply effective”!
Reynolds Porter Chamberlain recognises Copitrak as an “industry leader with a functionally complete solution”. The Firm will further benefit from their new Copitrak system in the areas such as:
- Embedding in eCopy ScanStations will enable the Firm to have a functionally rich solution without spending out on additional terminals.
- Single sign-on via proximity cards.
- Seamless integration with practice management system providing up to date client and matter number validation.
