COPITRAK PLOT FILE MANAGER

The Copitrak Plot Manager, included with the Engineering Version of Copitrak Print gives Users a convenient and efficient way to track and Batch submit Print and Plot jobs. Because the Plot Manager is Platform independent it provides Users with a single access point for Batch Plotting and Printing to any device.

The Plot Manager ensures that a group of Print jobs or Plots will all print together and in the Order in which they were submitted.

Batch Jobs can be saved by Individual User and recalled later for resubmission.

Users can set number of Copies, Change Scale, do Half Size Plots as well as Collate Sets.

The Print-Plot Manager can handle most common file types including Word .Doc, Adobe .Pdf, TIFF, PRN, TXT and many others.

Built-in Plot Preview Tool - The Copitrak Print Plot Manager has a built-in Plot Preview Feature which allows Users to quickly preview Drawings without opening CAD software. This allows for quick verification that the Drawings they are about to submit are the correct ones.

Advanced Scheduling Tool - With the Scheduling feature users can set complex or large jobs to run at a set time when device usage is minimal.
