Track and Chargeback Time and Costs associated with BlackBerry Usage

Cell phones have become a very important business tool for Professionals and their usage represents a major source for billable revenue through the capture and chargeback of both time and charges.

Mobility will track all client related calls, both incoming and outgoing. Through the Copitrak Mobility applet running on the BlackBerry device users have the option of entering an Account code directly on the BlackBerry device.

Additionally, Mobility will automatically route the transactions back to the user's desktop where they can enter Account information there as well. At the desktop the Copitrak Phonebook feature will automatically pre-populate Account information based on the users' history.
