Our Company

Copitrak Systems is a global organisation that has been dedicated to the design, manufacture, installation and support of cost recovery solutions for over 25 years. We have 20 offices around the world serving over 4,500 clients, with over 150 of these operating on a global basis.

Copitrak has been operational in the UK and Europe for over a decade and in Asia for over 8 years. We are focused purely on legal and on the client-oriented aspects of the business: pre-sales, sales, implementation, support and account management. Research and development is under the aegis of Copitrak Inc in Canada, who are dedicated solely to innovation and invention and work closely with our European and Asian operations to ensure customer feedback and experience is fed back into the R&D loop.

Our Customers

With a true global reach, Copitrak has strong representation across the UK, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, including successful penetration into China. Growth has come not solely with international firms rolling out cost recovery technology into regional offices but also through local firms choosing to partner with Copitrak, impressed by the solutions and the critical ‘on the ground’ support available.

The Copitrak pedigree worldwide is certainly reflected in the clients we have won and kept over 25 years. Three of the five UK Magic Circle firms and seven of the top ten US law firms are Copitrak clients but we are there for mid-size and smaller firms too, with over 20% of the top 500 in the UK alone. Europe, the Middle East and Asia are increasingly dynamic markets, encouraging us further in our regionally-aware, globalised approach.

And what do our clients think of us? We’ll let the figures speak for themselves: over the past ten years we have maintained a customer retention rate of 99.5%. And that’s down to our core philosophy of aligning everything we do - products, service, and support – and delivering a quality offering regardless of client location, size or spend.

Our Products

We are the only supplier that has a demonstrable track record of development across multiple platforms. We know you can’t apply the ‘one size fits all’ theory to cost recovery. Physical environments, budgets, user requirements, processes, legacy equipment, strategy, they are all variables to be factored in, all considerations that will impact on the final solution to a lesser or greater degree. It’s only with breadth and flexibility in the product range – hardware, software, hosted and embedded solutions – which you can hope to deliver the optimum outcome for a client.

Our Service Commitment

Customer service touches every part of the relationship life-cycle: the pre-sales consultancy, the installation, the day to day support, the strategic review, the next pre-sales phase and so on. Copitrak has invested heavily to develop the right internal infrastructure and the right cadre of individual to ensure that wherever we touch the customer, it is a positive experience with the proper outcome. Responsibility doesn’t just lie with the dedicated account management team – every member of projects, every person in support, they are all judged on their ability to deliver exceptional service, to be honest and open at all times and to remain accountable for their actions.

Aligning products with client requirements is only the start – aligning behaviour with client expectation is just as critical, and we continue to spend time, money and resources to make the relationship as good a fit as the technology.
